France may partially abolish visas for Russian tourists

France Tourist Visa ,The Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) offered France to abolish visas for Russian tourists visiting French overseas territories. To visit those islands, one requires special, not Schengen visas, reports ATOR.
